ACF Midwest Building Plan

Vision: To acquire an ACF Midwest building facility that will serve a multi-purpose functions and also generate income for the region.

Goal: The goal is to obtain a building facility that can accommodate the fellowship functions and also bring some income to the fellowship.

Rationale

  • ACF Midwest needs a building to hold conferences, retreat, meetings and training
  • ACF needs an income generating type of building/property

  • Conference, Retreat, Vacation Bible School, youth programs, etc.
  • Regional Board Meeting
  • Regional Office
  • Chapter Meetings/office
  • Community center
  • Rent or lease to others

Building Purchase/maintenance cost

Total mortgage $2, 000,000.00
Down payment (10%) $200,000.00
Monthly mortgage $16,719.50
Monthly building maintenance, insurance, taxes, etc. $5,650.00
