Part of the African Christian Fellowship goal is to develop leaders and equip members with skills necessary to serve the Lord and develop leadership potentials. In order to accomplish this mission, the fellowship at the local, regional and national level frequently organize leadership development training and seminars with specific objective as indicated below.

• Train leaders on the Principles and Practice of Leadership.
• Train leaders on the Roles and Responsibilities of Leadership in ACF.
• Provide opportunities for leaders to give feedback to the direction of the Fellowship.
• Provide forum for assessing the overall Health of the Fellowship.
  

In addition to training and seminars organized at the local level, Midwest region periodically provide training opportunities for current and potential leaders addressing many issues, including the following:

1. Family related issues
2. Marriage and relationship building
3. Parenting and raising Godly children
4. Financial viability in families
5. Health related issues
6. Political and economic issues facing Africa, etc.
